Orange sugar scrub

My little sister and I made this delicious and amazing body scrub using Coconut oil, white sugar and orange zest. After using it in the shower, your skin feels so amazing and soft! It was so easy to make, I think I am going to experiment more with recipes found here. This scrub is perfect to get your skin smooth for summer time :)

Mozzy Craft

Kyle and I bought a DIY Shapeoko CNC Mill. And it is seriously fun. Kyle build this awesome Food and Water bowl stand so that our tall little puppy wouldn't have to strain his neck while guzzling his dinner.  

Kyle programmed the mill to carve "Mozzy" and two pheasant images. He then painted the letters and images with black paint so that they would be more identifiable. No need to be clean here, since the board is sanded down to make a smooth finish and all of the extra paint is removed. Of course, this was just part of making the stand! He handcrafted the rest of this design and it turned out great and Mozzy approved!

Red, White and Blue Cupcakes

In order to celebrate the Fourth of July I baked up some basic white cupcakes frosted them with my buttercream frosting and sprinkles red white and blue sprinkles on top. My nephew, Sivage, wanted to show off the cupcakes while doing his tummy time.

Auntie Lo

My NEPHEW is here! My little brother and his wife welcomed a healthy baby boy on June 9th. He is precious! It makes me excited for my boy to arrive soon! Little Sivage Jonah is going to be best buds with our boy. So much love to look forward to

Mozzy Meme

Our dog has so much personality, I swear he thinks he is human. Kyle works from home and therefore, Mozzy gets to hang out with dad all day.  Kyle snapped a photo where Mozzy snagged his spot in his office and I thought the meme he put together was perfect.

Cookie Monster Cupcakes

I wanted to make something cute and blue to announce our baby boy. So after a short amount of Pinterest gawking, I saw the perfect cupcake to try. These are the cutest Cookie Monster Cupcakes and would be perfect for any little boy's birthday party or a baby shower.

 Using blue frosting and a Wilton #234 "Grass" tip, I piped on Cookie Monster's fur.  Using a #2A tip, I piped two white monster eyes and placed two chocolate chips in the center for pupils. Add an oreo cookie to make the perfect "cookie" mouth. And Viola! Cookie Monster Cupcakes are complete and ready to snarf down as fast as Cookie Monster would snarf down cookies! 

Samantha's Baby Shower

My sister-in-law, Samantha, had her baby shower the other weekend and I got to present her the beautiful chevron baby quilt I made. Plus, we showered her with lots of other precious gifts. It was a lot of fun! We played some great games and I may have shamelessly won 2 of the 4 of them.
